About the Job:
The Rebrand Project Manager will support the delivery of a company-wide rebrand, working closely with the project sponsor and key stakeholders across the business. The role focuses on coordinating and executing the rollout of the new brand across both internal and external channels.
Responsibilities include managing brand implementation activities, ensuring consistency across platforms and materials, and maintaining clear communication between teams involved in the rebrand. The position is primarily delivery and coordination focused, ensuring brand updates are implemented efficiently, on time, and aligned across departments, systems, and customer touchpoints.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, ideally suited to someone at an early-career professional or graduate looking to gain hands on experience in project coordination, brand implementation, and cross-team collaboration within a growing organisation.
About You:
Essential
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or brand-related roles.
Experience supporting or delivering brand implementation or rebranding projects.
Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across an organisation.
Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating with external agencies or suppliers.
Desirable
Experience supporting corporate brand rollouts or brand refresh programmes.
Experience managing updates across digital platforms, marketing materials, and internal communications.
Familiarity with brand governance or brand guideline implementation.

Your Day-to-Day Activities:
Rebrand Programme Delivery
Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of the organisation’s rebrand programme.
Develop and manage rollout plans to ensure brand updates are implemented across all relevant platforms and materials.
Coordinate activities across internal teams and external suppliers to deliver rebrand milestones.
Track progress against project timelines and flag risks or issues where appropriate.
Brand Implementation
Support the rollout of updated brand assets across digital, print, and physical environments.
Ensure consistency in the application of the new brand across company materials.
Assist with updating templates, presentations, documents, and marketing collateral as required.
Coordinate updates to websites, social channels, and other digital platforms where relevant.
Communications & Stakeholder Coordination
Assist with internal communications to support awareness and understanding of the rebrand.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand changes are implemented across departments.
Support external communications related to the rebrand where required.
Provide guidance and practical support to teams implementing brand updates.
Supplier & Asset Coordination
Liaise with external agencies, designers, and suppliers involved in the rebrand rollout.
Coordinate the production and distribution of brand assets and templates.
Maintain a central repository of brand resources and guidelines.
General Marketing & Communications Support
Provide ad hoc support on marketing and communications activities where required during the contract period.
Assist with coordination of marketing materials and communications initiatives aligned with the brand rollout.
